Cancellations & No Show

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in full payment/deduction of that session from your package.​ This helps ensure that I have time to invite another client who may be waiting for an appointment OR to give your duet partner time to decide whether to upgrade to a private or to cancel without incurring a charge of their own.

Illness Considerations:
Your health — and mine — are important. If you are experiencing symptoms that could be contagious, such as a sore throat, fever, persistent cough, congestion, or any other signs of potential illness, please contact me as soon as you notice them — even if they are mild. Early communication allows us to explore options and helps minimize the risk of spreading illness in the studio.

If you notify me promptly, I will make every effort to be flexible and waive the late cancellation fee when appropriate. In some cases, if your symptoms are mild and you are comfortable, I may be open to proceeding with the session if we both agree to wear masks. Similarly, if I am experiencing mild, non-contagious symptoms or recovering from illness, I will offer the option to continue the session with masks or explore rescheduling.

This policy applies to symptoms that could impact the health of others. For all other circumstances, my standard cancellation policy applies.

The key is to communicate with me as early as possible so we can determine the best course of action for everyone’s well-being.

No Refunds or Transfers

All single sessions, classes, and packages are nonrefundable. Packages or single credits cannot be transferred between clients.

Package Expirations

All class packages are subject to expiration timelines to ensure consistency and accountability for both the Client and Instructor.

Package Expirations:

  • New Client Special: Expires 1 month after activation*

  • 5-Packs: Expires 2 months after activation*

  • 10-Packs: Expires 3 months after activation*​

​

*Activation is defined as the date on which the first session from the package is used.

If a Client needs to place a temporary hold on their account due to extended medical reasons or travel, they must submit a written request to the Instructor. Exceptions to the expiration policy may be granted at the Instructor’s discretion in these circumstances.

If the Instructor takes time off that affects the Client's regularly scheduled sessions, all impacted packages will be extended by the length of time the Instructor is unavailable.

FAQ

What Should I Wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing that is form-fitting so I can see your alignment. Socks are required. "Sticky socks" are highly recommended!

Please avoid wearing clothing with:

- zippers

- buttons

- decorative accents that may cause damage to the apparatuses

How Often Should I Do Pilates?

Pilates can be done up to 3 times a week or more!
